The Making a Difference in Peabody Foundation was founded in 2002 by local businessman Scott Frasca. The organization helps those in need in a variety of ways.  We turn electricity on.  We fill empty oil tanks to keep families warm.  We provide food and prevent evictions. During fire or flood, we give you shelter and clothing.   No family will be without food. No children will be without warm clothes. No individual will sleep in a car with no other place to go.  Senior citizens will not have to worry about how to pay their medical bills.

We are here for Peabody residents and we always will be!

 

How You Can Help Today:

Right now many of your Peabody neighbors are in need of food, electricity, oil, and other emergency assistance. Some of these things we take for granted but imagine a day, two days, a week, without heat, food, proper clothing?   Please consider making a tax-deductible donation by clicking the "Donate" button at the bottom.   Please donate as much or as little as you can afford! $500.00 helps prevent an eviction or pay a senior's medical bill

$350.00 provides an oil delivery or prevents electricity shutoff

$300.00 buys an appliance, mattress, or housing item for formerly homeless

$250.00 places a family in a hotel for 3 nights after fire, flood, or domestic abuse

$100.00 provides a food gift cards to individuals and families in need


Any donation of $10.00 or above goes a long way to supporting all of our efforts.
